Foundation Board: new constitution and creation of an Executive Committee
Genolier Foundation is pleased to announce the new composition of its Foundation Board and the establishment of an Executive Committee designed to strengthen the operational efficiency and impact of its actions.
New composition of the Foundation Board
Following the meeting of 18 December 2025, the Foundation Board is now composed as follows:

This composition reflects the Foundation’s desire to draw on complementary skills, strong commitment and a shared vision in order to pursue and intensify its national and international missions in the fields of health, research and development.
Creation of an Executive Committee
In order to strengthen the execution of strategic decisions and ensure the agile and consistent implementation of its projects, Genolier Foundation is establishing an Executive Committee with the following composition:

This new body will have the following tasks:
- ensuring the operational follow-up of the Foundation Board’s decisions,
- coordinating strategic projects,
- supervising development, fundraising and partnerships,
- ensuring dynamic governance and effective liaison with the operational team
Modernised, forward-looking governance
The reorganization of the governance structure – with a new composition and the creation of an Executive Committee – is part of Genolier Foundation’s consolidation and expansion strategy launched in 2023, with the aim to:
- increase its impact,
- further structure its partnerships and actions,
- enhance the professionalisation of its processes,
- and respond to the expectations of a rapidly changing environment.
We are proud of this new Foundation Board and grateful to those who have chosen to embark on this adventure.
